Linear Welding Machine
General Features
Length welding machine is set up for length welding of rectangular, circular, conical and flat plates. Torch mechanism, which is provided with precise speed control on liner carriage slides, produces the weld in series and root weld. Tig, mig/mag and submerged arc welding can be installed for welding materials with a thickness of 0.50 mm to 12 mm. Welding is started by squeezing the material on the copper sheet of the copper panels with a pneumatic or air hose pressure system. In systems where PLC control and servo motor can be installed optionally, the welding length to be made is pre-keyed with the reference method. Precise starting and ending points are provided. The length of the material to be welded can vary between 50 mm and 6000 mm and the diameter can vary between 90 mm and 2000 mm. Water or gas cooling system can be installed optionally
Circular Welding Machine
General Features
It addresses a wide range of usage areas where TIG, MIG/MAG and Submerged Arc welding can be used in all welding technologies. It is used in welding circular materials circumferentially and ensures that the root weld passes under the welded area. It increases efficiency and profit by 2 times with material and time savings. The material to be welded is between 100 mm and 2000 mm in diameter, 300 mm and 6000 mm in length, and all thicknesses between 1 mm and 10 mm. It provides precise welding by compressing the materials with the clamping head and the pneumatic push-driven counterpoint system and connecting the compressed materials to the single and double torch mechanisms with the speed control setting.
Rotator Converter
General Features
The system is designed to turn large-diameter parts and adjust their positions for welding. The system can easily turn materials weighing between 5 tons and 150 tons. It is manufactured in different types and models, including clutch type, automatic type, manual pin and pipe type.
Column Boom System
General features
The column boom system is adapted for longitudinal or circular welding of large-diameter tankers and tanks. In the system, which is manufactured using special materials, the column moves upwards between 2m and 6m, and the boom moves sideways between 2m and 6m, enabling the welding of materials. With linear guides and telescopic booms in the boom movement, it can also perform precise internal welding of cylindrical work pieces
